Senior Aging with Lynette Whiteman

​Lynette Whiteman, is the Executive Director of Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey (CVCJ).  Lynette is Physician’s Assistant and has her Master’s Degree in Geriatric Medicine. She worked in the clinical research department at Bristol-Myers Squibb prior to joining CVCJ in 2002 as Director of their Alzheimer’s Respite Care Program.  The vision of CVCJ is to live in a world where the elderly are cared for and honored.

 

In 2017, Lynette began hosting the TV Show “Caregivers First."  The goal of the show is to educate caregivers on topics important to making their lives easier and supporting their sometimes challenging journey.

 

Her philosophy? “I believe when you lend a helping hand to someone in need, you get back so much more than you give.”
