Lori Knutson is both a clinician and healthcare administrator with over 25 years of dedication to the advancement of integrative healthcare.  Currently she is the Corporate Director, Integrative Health & Medicine, Hackensack Meridian Health.

Lori is the founding executive director (2002-2011) for the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, Allina Health, Minneapolis, MN, named the largest and most comprehensive integrative health program in the U.S.

Lori is founder of the Transformative Nurse Training program, an integrative nursing curriculum for hospital-based nursing practice, adopted by both the VA system and Mayo Clinic.  In 2012 Lori opened an integrative mental health clinic for the underserved in Minneapolis

Lori has been a subject matter expert to the Veteran Health Administration Patient-Centered
Care and Cultural Transformation department in developing their Integrative Health programs and services for veterans.   She is an advisor to the Academic Consortium for Integrative Health, and editorial Board member for Global Advances in Health and Medicine.  She is also core faculty at Duke University’s Leadership Program in Integrative Healthcare. Lori has co-authored several books chapters and published peer-reviewed articles.
