Amy Medling is a certified health coach, who specializes in working with women affected by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, or PCOS, who are frustrated and have lost all hope. Amy founded PCOS Diva, the world’s largest online community for women with PCOS.
Amy also developed a protocol of supplements, diet and lifestyle programs designed to offer women tools to help gain control of their PCOS and regain their fertility, femininity, health and happiness. Her book, Healing PCOS: A 21-Day Plan for Reclaiming Your Health and Life with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, will be released on May 1, 2018.
