Hello friends, I am new here and I have a question. Is intermittent fasting worth giving a try? I hear that it has some really great benefits! Has anyone tried it?

I’ve never tried it, but I’ve heard it’s pretty good for your body. I have some friends who do this from time to time. They say, it’s pretty hard when you try it for the first time, but it gets better, when your body gets used. My teacher does it every weekend. She feels absolutely great and looks 10 years younger.
